In March of 2022 as part of the roll out to the new websites, I created a hype video to show announce, introduce, and launch the product. It took only 3 months to close over 150 sales of these recruiting sites to a very niche audience.

North Cascades Harley-Davidson

North Cascades Harley-Davidson was a destination dealership in northwest Washington state. As their Marketing Manager, I sat on the management team and oversaw all marketing efforts including dealership events, the dealership’s digital footprint, and in-store POP. Given my digital prowess, I collaborated with the General Manager on the integration, setup, and management of the CRM including automated drip campaigns and sales funnels.

I stepped in as the dealership liaison for the local HOG Chapter (Harley Owners Group), took on the EagleRider Rentals Department, and participated in the dealership’s strategic 20 Group with other dealerships throughout the US and Canada.

North Cascades Harley-Davidson closed its doors for good in the height of the pandemic in late 2020.

Lights For All Occasions

Lights For All Occasions was an online retailer and e-commerce company providing decorative lighting solutions for holidays, weddings, events, homes, and businesses. I joined the management team in 2013 to lead the Marketing Department. In 2014, we expanded the product offering to include decor.

I was responsible for all aspects of digital marketing. Under my creative direction, I led efforts to evolve and modernize the brand and elevate its visual appeal to target a more affluent audience with more luxurious products. Strategy and direction were integral to my role, with laser focus on KPIs, metrics, and analytics.

During my time with the company, I grew the marketing department to include two copywriters, two graphic designers, and a stylist & photographer.
